Framework terms for use of the MIZAN platform.
Scope
These terms concern use of the MIZAN platform. The current operator and invoice issuer is SEG-Consulting GmbH.
Services
MIZAN provides a protected platform for professionals, organisations, employees and clients to manage matters, communications, documents and billing processes.
Activation of professionals
Professionals are not activated automatically. Activation takes place only after manual review of the required documents or certificates and manual confirmation by MIZAN that the required payment has been received.
Launch payment method
At launch, MIZAN memberships are offered exclusively by bank transfer. Online payment providers are not yet enabled in production. Incoming payments are reviewed manually.
Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions and the finally agreed contractual terms.
Final provisions
Applicable law, jurisdiction and other mandatory information are governed by the applicable mandatory requirements and the finally approved contractual terms.
