How MIZAN organises workspaces and access
Separate contexts and explicit permissions limit who can see messages, documents and matters.

Separate spaces for different relationships
A personal area, a professional organisation and an individual professional relationship are different contexts. A connection therefore does not automatically create full data access.
Access follows role and purpose
Memberships, roles and specific grants determine available functions and content. Additional professionals are involved in a controlled way; documents do not become public merely because they exist.
Collaborate consciously
Sensitive information should be shared in its intended space, permissions should be granted deliberately and access should be reviewed when no longer needed.
